The new integrated ESCI Community Service Desk is now operational and ready to process support requests from students, HEIs and technical people about services such as the Erasmus Dashboard, the Erasmus Without Paper network, the Erasmus+ App and the Online Learning Agreement (OLA).

EWP Connection: 3rd party software

In case you are using a 3rd party mobility management software, chances are that they are currently connecting their software to the Erasmus Without Paper Network to provide you with the functionality to send and receive mobility data via their software.

Launch of the Updated Erasmus+ App Introduces New Student Features

The launch of the new Erasmus+ App on 21 September introduces a redesigned platform that responds to students’ evolving needs. The updated app brings together key digital services that support the entire mobility journey—from choosing a host university to completing the Online Learning Agreement. It guides students step‑by‑step before, during, and after their exchange, helping them manage all required procedures through a single, user‑friendly interface.

Digitalisation Made Mandatory

The new Erasmus+ Programme (2021-2027) set a clear expectation for HEIs to undertake the necessary steps to implement digital mobility management, making the use of platforms like EWP and OLA the norm for Charter holder institutions.

EWP stands for Erasmus without Paper, which is a project and now a Network funded through Erasmus+ KA3 from 1/11/ 2015 till 30/10/2017 and again from 1/1/2018 till 31/12/19.
