
EWP Convention
The EWP+ Consortium is pleased to invite you to a high-level conference bringing together international relations officers and Erasmus coordinators to shape the future of student mobility with the powerful support of Erasmus Without Paper (EWP).

The EWP Convention offers a unique opportunity to:
- Track and discuss our progress towards the target of 95% of Learning Agreements being digital
- Plan and prepare for the large-scale adoption of digital nominations
- Explore what the next 2-3 years of EWP will bring to the Erasmus+ community
- Take part in shaping the next generation of Erasmus+
With expert panels, interactive workshops, user forums and collaborative hackathons, the convention will be a key moment to share experiences, tackle challenges, and drive the digital transformation of Erasmus mobility.
The detailed programme, including the themes of the hackathons taking place during the event will be announced at a later stage.

Participation in the event is free of charge, but registration is required.

Application
Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Each institution may register up to two participants, while additional registrations will be placed on a waiting list and considered only if space allows.

Warsaw, the vibrant capital of Poland
Warsaw is a dynamic and vibrant city where history meets modernity. Known for its resilience, rich cultural heritage, and fast-paced development, Warsaw offers a unique mix of beautifully restored old-town charm and a thriving, forward-looking urban scene. The University of Warsaw is located in the very heart of Warsaw. Its historical Main Campus, set alongside modern university buildings, perfectly reflects the spirit of Warsaw, a unique blend of history and modernity.

Currency and payments
Poland’s official currency is the Polish złoty (PLN). Credit and debit cards are widely used, and contactless payments via mobile apps (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay) are also commonly accepted. Currency exchange offices are available at the airport and throughout the city, and ATMs are easy to find. The exchange rate is approximately 1 EUR = 4.3–4.5 PLN, though it may vary slightly depending on the provider.
How to get to Warsaw
By train: Dworzec Centralny (located in the city centre)
By plane:
- Warsaw Chopin Airport – located in the city, connected by Warsaw public transport
- Warsaw Modlin Airport – located outside the city, connected by train or shuttle bus
By car: paid parking in the centre and neighbouring areas. Please note that the venue is located in the paid parking zone and there is no parking at the campus.
Local transportation
Warsaw is well connected by public transport.
The ticket costs about 1 euro (single-fare 75-minute ticket, zone 1, standard 4,40 PLN) and can be purchased in Passenger Service Points and ticket machines (available at most stops and vehicles). Keep in mind that ticket machines in vehicles take cards only.
