The EWP project is organising a session Erasmus Without Paper: a dream within reach? to be held at 12th Annual Erasmus Congress and Exhibition (ERACON) between 10-14 May 2016 in Thessaloniki, Greece.

On the 21st and 22nd of March there was a “technical workshop” about EWP in Brussels.

To make Erasmus Without Paper a reality, the project consortium started a consultation with universities to map the landscape of Erasmus processes at International Relation Offices.

The Erasmus Without Paper project will create an open source application for electronic exchange of students’ data.

The Erasmus Without Paper project was officially launched at Ghent University between 12-13 November 2015.

Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) aims at easing the management of mobility at the International Relations Offices of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).

The Erasmus Without Paper project was presented at the event that marked the Luxembourg Presidency of the Council of the EU, organised by the European University Foundation with the purpose of discussing the modernisation of the European Higher Education Area through student mobility.

We are pleased to invite the technical work package leaders and the members of WP2 and WP4 to attend the 1st Technical Workshop of the Erasmus Without Paper project.

First release of the “Working with EWP Technical Documentation” document.

Technical documentation of the EWP Network and the public code are stored in GitHub.

The new version of the Online Learning Agreement platform has been released and is now available and within reach of the Erasmus Generation, as part of the digitisation process of the Erasmus+ programme.

The first EWP project (2015-2017) was launched, funded by Erasmus+ Key Action 3. Its core aim was to replace paper-based administrative workload with an electronic exchange of data, developing a blueprint and a proof of concept for the EWP Network infrastructure.

Erasmus Without Paper is a project co-funded by the the European Commission aiming to bring Erasmus administration into the 21st century by going digital.
