The main objective of the project is to enhance and digitalize the quality framework of Erasmus+ student mobility and contribute to closing the data gap in the quality aspect of higher education transformation. TheAsCOLA project aims to help higher education institutions (HEIs) better monitor and assess their institutional performance in education activities related to their internationalization strategy and policy.

To achieve these objectives, the AsCOLA project will involve several activities, including:

  • the creation of an evaluation methodology of the courses offered to Erasmus+ students,
  • the development of an online evaluation tool connected to the Online Learning Agreement, and the piloting of the evaluation tool.
  • training sessions and train-the-trainers material that will be provided to ensure that HEIs are equipped with the necessary knowledge to use the tool effectively.

Another important outcome of the AsCOLA project will be the inclusion of the quality aspect of student mobility in the data exchange that currently takes place through the Erasmus Without Paper Network. This will help to ensure that the quality aspect of student mobility is reflected in the data exchanged between institutions and help to drive quality improvements in higher education across Europe.
