Higher Education Transformation Week Opens for Registration

Jul 2, 2026

Registrations are now open for the first Higher Education Transformation Week (HET Week), taking place in Brussels from 12–16 October 2026.

Powered by more than 35 Erasmus+ KA2 Cooperation Partnership consortia, the week will showcase innovative practices, project results, and emerging approaches shaping the future of higher education. Through a series of free workshops, conferences, and public events across Brussels, participants will have the opportunity to discover how Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnerships contribute to more inclusive, innovative, and resilient higher education systems across Europe.

Activities will explore eight key themes: sustainability and green transition, digital and AI transformation, inclusion and democratic engagement, teaching innovation, student and staff wellbeing, future skills, mobility and institutional cooperation, and urban development.

Open to higher education professionals, institutional staff, policymakers, student representatives, and anyone interested in the future of higher education, HET Week offers a unique opportunity to connect with project teams, exchange ideas, and gain insights into the transformative impact of European cooperation in higher education.

The Week is a joint initiative of several higher education stakeholder organisations, including the European University Foundation, the Academic Cooperation Association, the Erasmus Student Network, the European Students’ Union, and EURASHE.
