Online event for EUF universities
Date: 4th March, 10:30AM – 12:30PM CET (subject to change depending on the Erasmus+ KA2 project deadlines)
A project can deliver all its outputs, meet its milestones and report every KPI – and still leave us wondering: what actually changed because of the project?
This session will explore how Erasmus+ KA2 projects can move beyond reporting activities and outputs towards demonstrating meaningful and lasting impact – for the participating institution, its staff members and students, its partners and the wider higher education community.
We will look at how to approach impact measurement and evidence collection throughout the project lifecycle, rather than trying to reconstruct the impact story when reporting time arrives.
We will also explore how to capture changes that are not always easily expressed through numbers: changes in institutional practice, new approaches being adopted, strengthened cooperation, organisational learning or results that continue to be used beyond the lifetime of the project.
