Lump Sum funding has now moved well beyond being a new concept – projects are being implemented, reported and also audited.
Building on the first experiences with Lump Sum projects, this session will create space to compare approaches and lessons learned around audit preparation, documentation, evidence, internal monitoring and consortium responsibilities.
Rather than revisiting the Lump Sum model itself, we will focus on the questions emerging from practice: What are auditors actually looking at, what evidence is being requested, and where are institutions discovering gaps or uncertainties?
Participants will be invited to bring their own experiences, questions and examples to the discussion.
