For over a decade, Erasmus+ KA2 projects have been driving change in higher education. Launching this autumn in Brussels, the Higher Education Transformation Week is designed to put Cooperation Partnership projects front and center, showcasing the diversity, innovation and impact of their results.
From 12 to 16 October 2026, Erasmus KA2 Cooperation Partnership project consortia will join forces to present their bottom-up transformation initiatives, exchange experiences, and connect across the field. The shared goal is to offer an engaging programme for higher education professionals and leaders interested in project results.
How can project consortia join?
If you are coordinating a project or working in a project unit supporting Cooperation Partnerships that are approaching key milestones, the Higher Education Transformation Week offers a high-impact opportunity to increase your project’s visibility.
There are no restrictions on event format. You may organise a mid-term or final conference within the framework of the Week, reaching a wider audience and positioning your results within a broader European and policy context. Alternatively, training sessions or workshops are particularly well suited if you have developed concrete materials or tools and wish to share them with a more diverse group of participants – extending the reach well beyond the project circle.
With two already confirmed projects (PADMICA and GreenEUR), the call to express interest and be featured during the Week is open until May 31.
The Week is a joint initiative of several higher education stakeholders organisations, including the European University Foundation, the Academic Cooperation Association, the Erasmus Student Network, the European Students’ Union, and EURASHE.
Do not miss this opportunity to present the full story of your project, from impact and lessons learned to achievements that deserve wider visibility!
