Online event for EUF universities
Dates: January 25th, 2024, 10:00AM – 1:00PM CET
Registration is open to Erasmus+ project coordinators and applicants (KA2, KA3), project advisors, and staff members from project units/departments from EUF network universities.
Financial planning is often one of the most challenging aspects of project preparation, especially in the evolving environment of Erasmus+ KA2 projects and the new rules of lump sum budget structure that were introduced recently. Creating a balanced, realistic, and internally agreed-upon budget is paramount. The session is designed to share essential aspects needed to navigate the financial intricacies of the project application, ensuring that the budget is not just a number but a well-structured plan for success.
Session highlights
- Budget Estimation Strategies: We will focus on how to create a budget that reflects the true needs of the project and meets the Erasmus+ requirements.
- Sharing Best Practices: We will tap into the collective experience of former Erasmus+ projects to further enhance and refine financial planning strategies.
- Efficient Financial Planning: We will jointly explore how to effectively allocate funding, avoiding common pitfalls, and maximizing the impact of project resources.
Join us for this 3-hour online workshop to take significant steps toward solid financial planning in Erasmus+ projects.
