For EUF members, the new academic year brings a new season of EUF Communities sessions.
More than six years after the launch of the very first EUF Community, the EUF Communities remain evolving spaces, shaped by the changing needs and interests of the people who bring them to life.
In keeping with the spirit of dynamism and experimentation that defines the Communities, and the EUF network more broadly, the 2026/27 season introduces a new way of collaboration: Community Co-Chairs.
Launched as a pilot, this novelty aims to strengthen members’ involvement in steering their respective Communities, while preserving the open, hands-on, practical and debate-driven character that makes these peer-learning spaces so valuable.
Elected over the summer by their fellow Community members, the Community Co-chairs for the 2026/27 academic year are Einar Stokka from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, representing the Policy Community, and Klarida Prendi from Aleksandër Moisiu University Durrës, representing the Project Manager & Advisor Community.
Working alongside Katrīna Sproģe and Līga Kuzmane, Community Co-chairs from the EUF Secretariat, Einar and Klarida will bring their contextual knowledge and expertise to reinforce the value of their respective Communities.
Congratulations to both, and best of luck for the year ahead!
