Once your project concept is clear and the consortium is established, the real work begins. Designing a coherent architecture of activities, tasks, and roles is pivotal in steering your proposal towards success. Decisions made in this phase can significantly impact the realization of your project goals and objectives. How do you determine the most relevant steps to achieve project goals? How can you ensure full coherency of planned activities? This phase and the overall quality of project design directly impact your ability to achieve project goals.

In this 3-hour online workshop, we will share best practices and highlight typical pitfalls. Additionally, we will focus on the main steps that allow you to structure your project proposal, ensuring a clear and coherent path toward achieving your desired impact.
