Online event for EUF universities

Registration is open to Erasmus+ project coordinators and applicants, project advisors, and staff members from project units/departments from EUF network universities.
In the fast-paced and demanding world of higher education, time is a precious commodity, especially for those who, in addition to their core job responsibilities, also engage in Erasmus+ projects. One of the crucial aspects of effective project management lies in the efficiency of project meetings, as they often define project progress, the degree of partner engagement, the quality and clarity of decisions taken, and the ability to achieve overall project goals.
Join us for an online session where we will delve into enhancing the effectiveness of Erasmus+ project meetings by focusing on:
- Preparing an effective and dynamic meeting agenda tailored for both online and physical meetings, ensuring that every minute spent contributes meaningfully to the progress of the project.
- Guiding discussions and the decision-making process by exploring techniques for steering discussions towards productive outcomes and clear conclusions, while ensuring that colleagues’ and project partners´ opinions are heard and taken into account.
- Strategies for following up on decisions made, including designing internal project systems and templates for keeping track of meeting conclusions and decisions in a transparent and effective manner.
