Substitution
Substitutions are allowed. You may submit your request to: contact@uni-foundation.eu until the 30th of January 2020. Only one transfer per registration is allowed.
Cancellation of your participation
This event is free of charge. Please let us know two weeks in advance if you are cancelling your participation to avoid unnecessary costs.
In the event you wish to cancel your participation please contact the event office at: contact@uni-foundation.eu.
The European University Foundation (hereinafter the EUF) is not responsible for accommodation bookings for the conference. The cancellation policy should be checked with the hotel when a reservation is made and claims should be made directly with the hotel.
Cancellation of the event
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the conference in case of a force majeure.
Insurance
The EUF does not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property of the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference.
Data protection
By registering, you agree that the EUF processes personal data contained within the registration process (name, surname, email address and institution/company) as well as potentially sensitive data (health issues, special requirements) and you agree to the processing of such data for the sole purpose of preparing your attendance to this event.
After the event, your data will be recorded and stored on the EUF’s storage solution provided by Google and Microsoft. You have the right to remove, restrict data processing as well as consult your personal data in order to verify its accuracy and to correct any errors by sending a request by email to contact@uni-foundation.eu. Please note that photos and video recordings will be taken during the event to be used by the organisers in public relation activities (print and online publications).
