Go Abroad Ready | EUF Student Sessions

May 11, 2026

The EUF is pleased to launch the first series of the Go Abroad Ready | EUF Student Sessions: three interactive and thematic webinars designed to ensure optimal preparation and briefing for mobile students and to enhance the impact and experience of studying abroad by pooling expertise, knowledge, and staff resources from across the network.

The programme is designed as follows:

  • June 1st: Tips and tricks for a successful mobility: Accommodation and Travel arrangements.
  • June 2nd: Make the most out of your mobility: Intercultural preparation, mental health and well-being.
  • June 4th: Open mic session on expectations and civic participation.

Each webinar will be between 17:00 and 18:00 CEST. These events will bring together students from various faculties, levels of study, backgrounds, ages, and institutions across the EUF network. The working language will be English.

How can universities join?

If you are working as an outgoing student mobility officer/coordinator or in a related role, this series offers an opportunity to improve the quality and diversity of preparatory materials and enable peer-to-peer networking with local students, while also alleviating some of your workload by leveraging existing resources and identifying experienced facilitators.

If you are a student enrolled at a member university, you can contact the office responsible for your mobility to request further information and the registration links.
