A new service from the EWP+ Consortium now helps institutions identify which software tools their partners use for Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) exchanges. The EWP Stats Portal allows IT administrators to search by institution name, Erasmus code, country, or provider to see how each higher education institution connects to the EWP network.
Improving Transparency Around System Connections
The portal also supports institutions facing interoperability issues. If data exchanges fail with a given provider, users can look up all institutions using that same provider and focus on partners where exchanges work reliably. All information comes directly from the EWP registry, which is the authoritative source for system connections and supported processes.
Technical Insights and Future Developments
Additional technical details are available for developers, including API version support and guidance on interpreting registry data. The portal will continue to evolve, with plans to add more statistics and insights on how different systems operate. Institutions can stay informed by joining EWP business user groups and following ESCI communication channels.
