How EWP Relationship Managers Assist the Erasmus+ Digital Community

Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) relationship managers support higher education institutions and software developers in implementing EWP protocols within their systems and workflows. The team consists of three experts with hands‑on experience in digital Erasmus+ administration who assist both technical teams and international relations offices to ensure clear understanding and effective adoption of EWP processes.

A Dedicated Support Function for Institutions and Developers

Their role includes gathering feedback from users, sharing it with DG Education, Youth, Sport and Culture and EWP project partners, and managing the EWP user groups that enable peer exchange and consultation. Established in 2022 under the Interoperability Reinforcement Plan, the role was originally focused on liaising with developers but has since expanded to supporting the wider EWP community. Relationship managers regularly meet with institutions to advise on implementation and discuss challenges.

How Institutions Can Access This Support

Institutions needing guidance on digital mobility processes can contact the EWP relationship managers through the ESCI Service Desk by selecting “Non‑student issue request” when submitting their inquiry.
