Open Call for Papers on the Future of Erasmus+ Digitalisation

Higher education professionals are invited to contribute their ideas and analyses on the digitalisation of Erasmus+ processes. Through an open call, the Erasmus Without Paper Consortium is seeking original submissions—such as policy briefs, technical notes, case studies, and research papers—from colleagues involved in digital student mobility, including International Relations Officers, IT specialists, and researchers.
The call focuses on themes such as the future of digital Erasmus+ administration, opportunities and challenges in the digital transition, examples of ESCI implementation, and topics related to equity, inclusion, and paperless workflows. Selected early submissions may be featured at the EWP Convention in Warsaw on 17–18 June 2025.
Contributors can take part in shaping the next phase of Erasmus+ digitalisation by submitting their materials through the official application form.
