EUF Community Sessions: Spring Semester at a Glance

Jan 12, 2026

The spring semester brings a new round of EUF Community sessions, featuring topics that reflect the realities, pressures, and opportunities currently shaping higher education. Across all EUF Communities, the upcoming sessions offer space to exchange practices, unpack developments, and connect with peers working on similar challenges.

In the Digitalisation Community, discussions will focus on the state of play and next steps for Erasmus Without Paper, including the EWP Dashboard, the EWP Network, and insights from the 2025 EWP Consultation Results. The season will conclude in June with the 2nd edition of the EWP Convention, hosted by the University of Naples Federico II in Italy.

The European Universities Accelerator Community will address key institutional and administrative questions for alliances, from funding joint programmes and recognising student engagement to legal status and micro-credential accreditation.

The Mobility Community will look at how institutions respond to tighter budgets alongside growing mobility ambitions, while also addressing internationalisation strategies, student communication, and doctoral mobility.

The Policy Community will host four new sessions unpacking recent higher education policy developments and advocacy actions aimed at securing a properly funded Erasmus+ for the next programming period.

Finally, the Project Manager & Advisor Community will explore collaboration, leadership, and reporting realities in Erasmus+ projects, before wrapping up in Bergen on June 10th-12th with the 9th EUF Open Space, hosted by Western Norway University of Applied Sciences.

If you haven’t joined the Communities yet, now is the time! Sign up, explore the topics that spark your interest, and be part of these important conversations.
