EUF Training Week: Building Capacity in European Higher Education

Dec 10, 2025

The EUF Training Week is a new, competence-focused and practice-based training format designed to strengthen the professional capacities of higher education staff across Europe.

Taking place in March 2026 in Budapest, the EUF Training Week offers hands-on learning built around real institutional cases, practical tools, and peer exchange. Participants gain concrete competencies, confidence, and insights they can apply directly in their daily work.

This first edition brings together three thematic training strands:

  • Erasmus+ KA1 mobility management, for entry-level staff and newcomers in International Relations Offices
  • Erasmus+ KA2 project implementation, for experienced project coordinators and project support staff
  • Digitalisation in student mobility administration, for staff working with Erasmus+ digital workflows, EWP, and ESCI

What to expect

Through interactive sessions and practical exercises, participants will:

  • Build key competences in Erasmus+ mobility administration, project management, and digital processes
  • Work with concrete tools and real institutional examples
  • Exchange practices with peers from across Europe
  • Leave with actionable takeaways for immediate use

Higher education staff may be eligible to participate using Erasmus+ staff mobility funding.
