During the salon, we will tackle the role for virtual and blended mobility to expand students’ opportunities, the definition of what is a disadvantaged background, the degree of inclusion that has been achieved and discuss about ways to reach out to groups that do not take part in Erasmus as much as their peers.

The conference “Quality Internships: A first step towards a proper employment?” will take place on the 9th of November 2018 at the Office of the Spanish National Research Council in Brussels, Belgium. 

During this salon, important subjects will be tackled, such as whether the current Erasmus+ setup is prepared for students of all ages, what is the role that universities ought to play in lifelong learning and the relevance of a European perspective.

The BEST+ Final Conference will take place on October 24th at the European Economic and Social Committee, in Brussels.

The Erasmus Going Digital event will take place at the University of Barcelona on the 18th of October 2018.

The Eötvös Loránd University is organising the ELTE Budapest Summer University: a one-week programme available for Hungarian and international students, in various study fields.

The SocialErasmus+ partners welcome Higher Education Institutions’ academic and administrative staff to join one of the training events that will be organised in September 2018.

What can be done do reduce field-specific obstacles to international student mobility? How can countries keep their country-specific regulations but still enable their students to have the opportunity to go abroad? These are some of the questions that will be discussed during this Salon.

The International conference “Business & University cooperation: Fostering entrepreneurship & innovation in higher education” will take place on June 27th, 2018 at the Microsoft Innovation Center, Brussels, Belgium.

This Erasmus Salon will try to answer the question on how virtual exchanges can play a role in the extension of the reach and scope of the Erasmus+ programme. 

The next Erasmus Going Digital event will take place at the University of Bergen in Bergen on June 7th.

This Erasmus Salon will try to answer the question on how the Erasmus+ follow-up programme cad guarantee quality internships for our students.
