We are delighted to invite you to the EWP Community Training & Consultation, a dedicated event for International Relations Officers and Erasmus coordinators from higher education institutions engaged in Erasmus+ student mobility.
This is a regional event open to all, with a special welcome to participants from higher education institutions in Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, and Turkey.
This event, organised by the EWP+ Consortium, and supported by DG EAC and IKY (Greek State Scholarship’s Foundation), will serve as both a training ground and a consultation forum, empowering institutions to transition smoothly towards digital Erasmus+ processes.
It will provide a unique opportunity to:
- Learn about the updates on Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) and European Student Card Initiative (ESCI).
- Engage in discussions on the digitalisation of Erasmus+.
- Participate in hands-on training sessions on the implementation of digital LAs across different systems, including the EWP Dashboard, third-party tools, and in-house solutions.
- Share best practices and insights with EWP Champions and fellow Erasmus+ coordinators.
- Contribute to discussions on the digital transformation of Erasmus+ mobility with a special focus on stakeholders needs, concerns, and ideas related to the next steps of digitalisation of Erasmus+.
