Building on the outcomes from last year’s sessions on timesheet management practices, we are continuing to explore crucial aspects within the new lump sum funding system for Erasmus+ KA2 projects. Given the complexities surrounding this topic and the multitude of open questions, in this online session, we aim to share practices and tools to optimise workload tracking within project environments, increase efficiency, and provide insights into diverse approaches universities are applying or in the process of redesigning.

Join us for an interactive and collaborative online session where we will explore:

  • Timesheet management practices: Practical tips for efficient timesheet management to ensure accurate tracking of work on projects.
  • Navigating the current lump sum system context: Discussion of contextual nuances and exploration of ways to navigate both its advantages and potential challenges, thus creating a solid basis for well-informed decisions and well-thought-out internal project management strategies.
  • Timesheet management tools: Brief insights into a timesheet management tool developed by the EUF IT team, and designed to support accurate tracking of time spent on projects and work on external reporting.
