Digitalisation Community
The Digitalisation Community aims to contribute to the next steps in the digital transformation process affecting higher education in general and international cooperation in particular by enabling members to identify challenges and priorities and share good practices and know-how.
More specifically, what are Digitisation Community sessions about?
The topics will span from digital processes supporting student and staff mobility to (digital) access to student services. Discussions will also cover contributions to, anticipation of, and implementation of the digital transformation process. Indeed, the EUF network has a vast body of expertise in this area, having pioneered several European flagship initiatives, including Erasmus Without Paper, the Erasmus+ App, and MyAcademicID, to name but a few.
What to expect from Digitisation Community sessions?
Digitalisation Community sessions are conducted online, ensuring accessibility for everyone in the network. Physical meetings may also be organised when deemed relevant. Members of this Community will remain in regular contact on the above mentioned topics and will also explore new developments, projects, and initiatives that stand to enrich the digitalisation landscape at their institutions.
Who can participate?
International Relations Officers and colleagues working on the digital transition of higher education, particularly with regards to international mobility and cooperation, from EUF network universities are warmly invited to join the Community. Additionally, community membership is highly encouraged for heads of departments or their deputies for IT and International Relations offices to gain overall insights.
Participation in the community will be operationalised through the registration to a mailing list. Would you like to join the EUF Digitalisation Community? Please sign-up here.
