Inter-institutional Agreement Manager Launched
The new Inter-institutional Agreement manager is now available via the Erasmus Dashboard platform allowing HEIs to create, negotiate and update Inter-Institutional Agreements in a digital form. This is a beta version that will undergo testing throughout March and April, so the development will continue, but from May onwards it should be ready to support the actual renewal of your agreements.
Surveys will be sent out to all the users of the Inter-institutional Agreement Manager to collect their comments and suggestion and inform the further development.
You can already find the answers to the FAQs and guidance on the usage of the tool here, and more support materials will be added in the Erasmus Without Paper Competence Centre shortly.
We wish to thank all HEIs who have contributed with their ideas and suggestions to the development process of this new module, which was coded by our friends and colleagues at the University of Porto.
Webinar: Renewing and managing Inter-Institutional Agreements
The European Commission and DG Education, Youth, Sport and Culture will hold its annual webinar devoted to digitisation topics and the European Student Card Initiative implementation. This time it will focus on the introduction of the digital version of the Inter-institutional Agreement, on discussing the updates that have been made in the official template and the upcoming programme framework, as well as on presenting the Inter-institutional Agreement Manager and the roll-out timeline.
The webinar will take place on March 5th, from 14:00-15:30 CET. You can follow the streaming here.
