Online event for EUF universities

Registration is open to Erasmus+ project coordinators and applicants, project advisors, and staff members from project units/departments from EUF network universities.
This hands-on online session is dedicated to the early stages of Erasmus+ KA2 project implementation – setting up strong internal systems that support not only smooth kick-off of the project but also the overall coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
The session will focus on key aspects of project management: from formalising bilateral agreements and hosting effective kick-off meetings, to setting up internal tracking tools for both centralised and decentralised Erasmus+ KA2 calls. Through peer exchange and practical discussion, we will also explore how to keep projects on track ensuring that timelines and internal reporting mechanisms support the strategic and operational success of the partnership.
