Strengthening Partnerships through Erasmus Cooperation Projects (BIP, 2nd edition)

Date: 28 April (online) and 5-9 May 2025

This Erasmus+ Crossroads Staff Week, hosted by the University of Cádiz, will be held as a Blended Intensive Programme, combining a virtual session on 28 April with in-person training from 5 to 9 May. The programme is designed to equip university professionals with the skills and methodologies needed to effectively manage international cooperation projects under the Erasmus+ programme.

Through a combination of expert-led sessions, practical exercises, and peer exchanges, participants will explore key aspects of project management, including proposal design, monitoring and follow-up, dissemination strategies, and sustainability planning. The staff week will also cover the lump sum model and the preparation of CBHE and Cooperation Partnership proposals, ensuring participants are well-prepared to navigate Erasmus+ project implementation.

This staff week is open to university professionals actively involved in the management of Erasmus+ projects, including technical staff from international offices and Erasmus+ project coordinators. By fostering knowledge-sharing and providing hands-on training, the programme aims to strengthen project management capacities and enhance the long-term impact of Erasmus+ initiatives.

Register here until 24 March 2025.
