Spring Semester Sessions for EUF Communities

Spring Semester Sessions for EUF Communities

The start of the new year brings a dynamic calendar of sessions for the spring semester across each of the EUF Communities. These have been shaped by listening to the interests and needs of our community members, offering staff from EUF universities a chance to connect, learn, and go deeper into topics that truly matter.

For those at the forefront of digitalising student mobility, sessions will explore improvements to Online Learning Agreements, integration of Course Catalogue Data into Digital Mobility Flows, and creating a seamless process for digital certificates of arrival and departure.

Project coordinators and staff managing projects will dive into strategies for enhancing project management, including quality assurance, project workflows, lump sum funding, and crafting impactful policy recommendations. The season will culminate in June with the 8th EUF Open Space, hosted by the University of Limerick in Ireland—a highlight for the Project Management and Advisor Community.

The Mobility Community will tackle topics like doctoral mobility, improving staff mobility quality and recognition, and strategies for distributing student mobility funds, offering fresh perspectives on key mobility challenges.

Staff members engaged with University Alliances can join discussions on developing digital platforms and services, boosting student engagement, and creating flexible study pathways that integrate mobility.

Meanwhile, the Policy Community will hold two sessions to unpack the latest higher education policy developments, their national and local impacts, and the challenges on the horizon.

If you haven’t joined the Communities yet, now is the time! Sign up, explore the topics that spark your interest, and be part of these important conversations.
