Practices & checklists for the successful organisation of online, physical and hybrid events in Erasmus+ projects.

Events – trainings, conferences, workshops, webinars (both online and physically) – are an integral part of nearly all Erasmus+ projects. Their purpose may vary from ensuring testing of created materials/tools, to training external users, to disseminating project results.

In the post-pandemic period, new and creative formats of events are emerging and it seems the number of online and hybrid events is increasing. Sharing project results with a wider audience is the focus of these events; however, logistics and organisational aspects tend to take significant efforts. 

In this session we will share practices and samples on how to ensure smooth logistics of the various project events, highlighting essential aspects in succeeding each phase –  planning, carrying out and following up.
