On Wednesday, November 23rd the Brussels team welcomed a delegation from the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL), one of the EUF member universities. A diverse team was led by Einar Seime Stokka, Senior Advisor in the Division of Research, Internationalisation and Innovation, and comprised top level staff members on research and project management.
A presentation on the history, structure and strategic priorities of the EUF was given by Anikó Makkai-Kovács, Senior Policy and Research Officer, and Salome Dermati, Project and Policy Trainee. It was followed by Joachim Wyssling, Deputy Executive Manager, who joined online to participate in the lively Q&A session.
Together we discussed shared values, primarily internationalisation, inclusion and high quality mobility, network activities, including the upcoming OpenSpace in summer 2023, as well as project opportunities for staff training, research and PhD students.
