Online event for EUF universities
Dates: October 12th and 19th, and November 2nd, 10:00 – 11:30 CEST
Audience: Staff members from EUF network universities (Erasmus+ project coordinators and applicants (KA2, KA3), project advisors and staff members from project units/departments)
Registration is open to staff members from EUF network universities working on preparation and/or management of Erasmus+ projects
During the months of October and November, the EUF Project Manager and Advisor Community will focus on discussing and conceptualising project ideas via 3 ideation sessions in an informal environment.
Have you ever tried to translate your ideas into concrete steps? Would you be interested in exploring the behind-the-scenes of a strong project concept that fits the Erasmus+ KA2 activities?
Aware of how challenging it is to turn innovative ideas into a structured document and to advance with project preparation, we would like to invite you to join a series of 3 informal online sessions or so-called “ideation coffees” where we will jointly discuss the steps to translate ideas and challenges into project concepts.
While taking part in the 3 sessions, you will have the opportunity to dive into the process of formulating ideas by
- brainstorming ideas with like-minded colleagues from across the EUF network;
- having an overview of the key elements for a clear, concise project concept note;
- taking concrete steps towards further developing your ideas as well as looking into how the EUF can support the process.
The 3 ideation sessions will be organised as follows
Ideation coffee 1 Erasmus+ priorities in 2023 | October 12th (10:00-11:30 CEST) |
Ideation coffee 2 Needs, challenges and project ideas | October 19th (10:00-11:30 CEST) |
Ideation coffee 3 Translating project ideas into concept notes | November 2nd (10:00-11:30 CET) |
Participation is free of charge.
