The University of Latvia is pleased to invite administrative personnel working with international students from partner and potential new partner universities to the 1st International Blended Staff Training Week at the University of Latvia.
Combining e-learning with a traditional staff training, the staff training week will focus on essential competences of administrative staff, namely intercultural competences, time management, and stress management.
The “Boost up your Competences+” training is composed of one online meeting and a 5-day onsite event that will take place in the beautiful city of Riga, the largest of the three Baltic capitals, from August 16th until August 20th 2021.
