The EUF member universities continue to work to make a difference in the European Higher Education Area with a successful round of newly-funded Erasmus+ projects! The following projects will be kicked-off this autumn:
POWER: Knowledge Alliance coordinated by the EUF, the Placement Opportunities With Entrepreneurial Reachwill create a EU-wide placement ecosystem focussed on providing entrepreneurial placements for MA students. The project key stakeholders are universities and incubators who aim to rethink and improve the functioning of the Erasmus for Young Entrepeneurs scheme (network partners: Artistotle University of Thessaloniki, University of Alcalá, University of Eastern Finland, University of Latvia, Lodz University of Technology).
FESC: coordinated by the Phillips Universität Marburg, the Framework for Erasmus+ Staff Competencies aims at mapping skills and competences required for a optimal implementation of the Erasmus+ programme from an IRO perspective and developing a professional skills framework (network partners: Ghent University, University of Latvia, University of Warsaw).
LLOM: coordinated by University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, the Learning Languages Online in the age of Mobility aims at going beyond the existing OLS system in promoting multilingualism and diversifying language teaching and learning opportunities (network partners: University of Vienna, University of Eastern Finland, University of Alcalá, University of Lodz, University of Aveiro, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki).
TWE: coordinated by the Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), the main goal of the Teaching with Erasmus is to facilitate, encourage, and promote teachers’ mobility across Europe. The project will complement the staffmobility.eu platform with Erasmus+ staff mobility for teaching, allowing teaching staff to find teaching opportunities (network partners: University of Alcalá).
Erasmus X: coordinated by the University of Alcalá, it will primarily focus on developing a catalogue of online courses for Erasmus exchange students. It also intends to create an innovative system of recognition of online courses as part of the study plan and student Learning Agreements (network partners: University of Latvia, University of Naples Federico II, Lodz University of Technology).
DocMob: coordinated by the University of Lorraine, the main goal of this project is to increase mobility for doctoral students in Erasmus+. This project will create a tool to ensure the recognition of mobility for doctoral students, as well as templates to facilitate their access to mobility (network partners: University of Naples Federico II).
Erasmus Skills: coordinated by the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, it aims to pilot a reflective approach to mobility and create a set of tools supporting exchange students in assessing and enhancing their learning mobility outcomes before, during and after the mobility (network partners: Ghent University, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki).
European Step: coordinated by Animafac, the project aims at fostering the recognition of European students’ engagement in volunteering activities. The project will help promote student’s engagement as a factor of development of soft skills complementary with academic learning (network partners: University of Warsaw).
Coop4edu: coordinated by the University of Alcalá, the main objective of this project is to empower HEIs to stimulate and support cooperative entrepreneurial initiatives by establishing a sustainable collaboration platform among the cooperative movements and academia.
Co4AIR: coordinated by the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France, the Computers, Cognition and Communication in Controlproject will explore new curricular cooperation avenues and how gamification can enhance engineering studies.
AIMED: Aiming to educate by promoting the academic dimension of Erasmus+ (AIMED) is a strategic partnership project coordinated by the University of Lodz (Poland). The project aims to promote the academic dimension of exchange studies by creating an online platform that allows universities to present their educational offer in an attractive and comparable way, as well as encourage future exchange students to explore potential destination universities from an academic perspective and make an informed decision (network partners: Vytautas Magnus University).
