From the 20th to the 22nd of June, the EUF Open Space took place in Thessaloniki, Greece. The 3-day event, hosted by Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, gathered over 70 participants from all around Europe.
The EUF Open Space was designed to enable participants to acquire Erasmus+ project management skills during high-level workshops as well as develop their project ideas. Moreover, the event’s dynamics contributed to bringing together different perspectives, cultures and passions and put forward interesting Erasmus+ project ideas.
This year, the EUF pool of experts was supported by Rasmus Benke-Åberg, Director of the Erasmus Student Network.
In parallel, the event was also a dedicated place for excellent cooperation and networking among participants. The project idea corner allowed participants to showcase their creative and innovative ideas on posters, giving them the chance to seek for relevant contacts and partners to turn their project into reality.
The European University Foundation will organise several events throughout the year and hopes to see the Open Space participants and Higher Education professionals in autumn during the EUF Project Innovation Lab, where we will work together on concrete project proposals for the forthcoming Erasmus+ call.
