The Higher Education Open Space 2015, which will take place from the 4th to the 5th November, at the University of Luxembourg, is a new initiative that aims at gathering all the EUF stakeholders in order to discuss joint approaches on issues regarding the modernisation of higher education, to promote debates on innovative proposals to reinforce the competitiveness and governance of European universities and to increase cooperation in the field of learning mobility (embedding mobility, dual degrees, summer school proposals, etc.).
This meeting will be preceded by a conference, on the 3rd of November, in parallel to the Luxembourg Presidency of the Council of the European Union, on how the quality of student mobility can be best ensured when, by 2020, 20% of the European students will be mobile. This conference will be hosted by the University of Luxembourg, at its state-of-the-art Belval campus.
