Erasmus Without Paper
Erasmus Without Paper, also known as EWP, is an initiative by universities and for universities which is digitalising the administration of student mobility, with the goal of decreasing administrative workload by up to 40%. The European Commission is currently funding EWP and the custodians of the EWP digital infrastructure are:

EWP Network
The EWP Network is responsible for ensuring interoperability across all IT systems used to support the administration of student mobility in Europe. It is a decentralized network which ensures the highest privacy standards and allows for outstanding scalability, supporting more than 3000 nodes. It connects more than 99% of all universities supporting Erasmus+ student mobility.

EWP Dashboard
The EWP Dashboard acts as the reference implementation for the entire network, meeting the highest standards of robustness and reliability. It is trusted daily by 2700 universities which value its seamless data exchange capabilities. Of the first six countries to reach 95% of Learning Agreements, the Dashboard is used by all universities in four countries and by 97% of universities in the remaining two.

Report when your partner is not exchanging
Today exchanging digital learning agreements is the norm. Institutions/faculties not yet engaged in the digital ecosystem (either not being connected or not exchanging) can complicate the experience for those actively exchanging. Therefore, institutions are encouraged to proactively report any connectivity issues they encounter.
