Shaping the Future of Digital Erasmus
Are you working on the digitalisation of Erasmus+ processes?
Help shape the future of digital Erasmus+: contribute your insights and ideas!
We invite International Relations Officers, IT specialists, researchers, and other colleagues interested in our digital future to contribute to this open collection of original materials, ranging from policy briefs to technical notes, case studies, or research papers, on the future of Erasmus+ digitalisation and the European Student Card Initiative.
Submissions may explore topics such as (but not limited to):
- Future pathways for digitalising Erasmus+ administration processes, namely Learning Agreements, Inter-Institutional Agreements, Nominations, Transcripts of Records etc.
- Barriers and opportunities in digital transition
- Case studies on ESCI implementation
- Equity, inclusion, and the digital divide
- Sustainability and paperless workflows
This Call for Papers is part of the large-scale consultation activities with the higher education community as announced here.
Submissions will remain open until 15 October 2025. There is no minimum or maximum length.
Early submissions may be selected for presentation at the EWP Convention in Warsaw, on 17-18 June 2025.
