Online event for EUF universities

Registration is open to Erasmus+ project coordinators and applicants (KA2), project advisors, and staff members from project units/departments from EUF network universities.
As lump sum funding has moved from a new funding model to an established reality in Erasmus+ KA2 projects, many institutions now have hands-on experience with implementation, monitoring, and external reporting. This Project Manager and Advisor Community session builds on previous discussions and aims to consolidate practices, lessons learned, and emerging standards.
The session will specifically focus on how lump sum principles translate into day-to-day project management and reporting, drawing on experiences from projects that have reached or are approaching external reporting phases.
