Online event for EUF universities

Registration is open to Erasmus+ project coordinators and applicants (KA2), project advisors, and staff members from project units/departments from EUF network universities.
In this Project Manager and Advisor Community session, we will focus on how to build and sustain high-performing international project teams in the Erasmus+ KA2 projects, with particular attention to team dynamics, motivation, and leadership.
We will explore how quality working environments are created in practice: from setting clear roles and expectations, to establishing transparent communication flows and decision-making structures that support trust and accountability. We will discuss how project leaders can foster motivation and engagement over time and within diverse institutional cultures and working styles.
