Online event for EUF universities
Date: January 22nd, 2026, 10:30AM – 12:00PM CET
Registration is open to Erasmus+ project coordinators and applicants (KA2), project advisors, and staff members from project units/departments from EUF network universities.
Financial planning is often one of the most challenging aspects of project preparation, especially in the evolving environment of Erasmus+ KA2 projects and the new rules of lump sum budget structure. Creating a balanced, realistic, and internally agreed-upon budget is paramount. The session is designed to share essential aspects needed to navigate the financial intricacies of the project application, ensuring that the budget is not just a number but a well-structured and solid plan for success.
Session highlights
- Budget estimation strategies: We will focus on how to create a budget that reflects the needs of the project and meets Erasmus+ requirements.
- Efficient financial planning: We will jointly explore how to effectively allocate funding, avoiding common pitfalls, and maximising the impact of project resources.
