Efficient internal timekeeping procedures and management of the timesheets for all EU funded projects in line with the reporting rules is a highly time consuming task, therefore strategies to establish effective ways to keep track of the time invested in EU projects are highly important.
This session will provide brief insights in the way (digital) tools are strategically applied at Ghent University to effectively manage and record the staff workload/time dedicated to Erasmus+ education projects (KA2/KA3). After a brief overview of the practices applied at Ghent University, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and have a brief discussion on the topic.
