Online event for EUF universities
Date: May 10th, 2023, 1:00PM – 2:30PM CEST
Registration is open to staff members from EUF network universities.
This session will discuss and jointly explore practices of EUF member universities on how to effectively manage the budget of an International Relations Office. The challenge and complexity of managing the budget of international projects that run parallel at the HEIs is one of the greatest challenges of the International Relations Offices today.
Finding synergies, consistency and clarity between the various projects, rules and regulations on institutional, local, national and international level are all influencing this work. During this session we will explore this topic together and analyse practices that could support, ease up and simplify the every-day work of the International Offices.
The session will be chaired by Klementyna Kielak, Deputy Head of the International Relations Office, Warsaw University.
