The EUF Project Incubator was formally brought to life at the University of Latvia, in the beginning of this month. Nine members of the network gathered in Riga to build a network of trusted partners in this face-to-face meeting.
Fields of cooperation were identified in line with the needs of universities: involvement of academic staff members in EU projects, internationalisation strategies of universities, dual education, increasing relevance of education by favouring multidisciplinary activities among students, cooperation to make existing/failed project proposals visible and potentially improve them, efficiency in managing learning mobility (digital tools, automatic exchange of data), ensuring quality mobility – in particular for disabled students, and curricular development activities.
The next steps are to set priorities and build communication tools to monitor and support project proposals in real time throughout the network.
Thank you to the University of Latvia for hosting this successful event!
