3 Staff Training opportunities coming soon!

Whether your work focuses on welcoming international students, managing inter-institutional partnerships or if you would like to start your own Erasmus+ funded project, registrations are open for 3 staff trainings taking place in June and July!

International Student Experience

11-13 June, Brussels

The staff training “International Student Experience”, targeted at university staff members dealing with exchange students and student mobility, is organised by the European University Foundation, in cooperation with the Erasmus Student Network, and will take place in our Brussels premises. The goals of the training are, among others, to:

  • Get acquainted with the main challenges of student mobility across Europe
  • Learn about the International Experience of Students, including key-aspects of quality mobility such as buddy programmes, housing and integration
  • Improve the quality of the student experience from an administrative point of view
  • Be able to build action-plans

Optimise your Erasmus+ partnerships

24-26 June, Prague

The staff training “Optimise your Erasmus+ partnerships: evaluation of Erasmus agreements in preparation of the next programme”, targeted at university staff members dealing with international partnerships or quality assurance professionals, is organised by the eQuATIC project together with Charles University and will be hosted by the Centre for International Cooperation in Education (DZS). The training is relevant for staff members working either at central university level or at the faculty/departmental level. The aim of the training is multi-fold:

  • Learn about the research underpinning data-informed decision-making in international university partnerships
  • Evaluate practices and processes on international university partnerships at your own institutions
  • Compare practices with other institutions and learn how to successfully peer-review your Erasmus agreements
  • Create an action-plan for your institution on how to efficiently use data to impact internal policies

EUF Open Space training on Erasmus+ projects

3-5 July, Versailles

The EUF Open Space, targeted at academics, international relations officers, development officers and anyone with a project idea, is organised by the European University Foundation in cooperation with the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, and will take place at the Versailles campus. The training is relevant for anyone interested in building an Erasmus+ project and for colleagues who assist others in the submission of applications. The aims of the training are to:

  • Learn about Erasmus+ policies and goals
  • Acquire essential knowledge about Erasmus+ funding for Higher Education
  • Learn to build a successful project application, focusing on priorities, impact and budget
  • Tips and tools for project management
