The 10th Board of Directors meeting took place at the University of Vienna on the 8th of March 2017. The representatives of the member universities gathered to discuss the future of the network, new projects and initiatives, such as the Project Incubator and the Erasmus+ App, and to approve the upcoming Charter revision, which will formally establish the Steering Committee, the EUF Coordinator profile and the membership resolution.
We were also honoured to welcome Dr. Hannes Swoboda, former Member of the European Parliament, who held a very interesting speech on the “Resurgence of the Nation-state and the role of student mobility in the European integration”.
We would like to sincerely thank our colleagues at the University of Vienna, especially Vice-Rector and member of the EUF Steering Committee Heinz Fassmann and Ms Sabrina Heitzer for their outstanding support and warm welcome.
