Representatives of the member universities gathered in Alcalá de Henares, Spain, on the 17th March 2016 for the 9th Board of Directors meeting of the EUF.
During the meeting new initiatives and projects were discussed, namely the establishment of an office in Brussels, the EUF Open Space, the Online Learning Agreement and the emergence of a Digital-EHEA.
This year’s meeting was warmly hosted by the University of Alcalá, and participants enjoyed a guided tour of this World Heritage Site.
Prof. Meinolf Dierkes, former President of the Social Science Research Center Berlin and one of the founders of Campus Europae in 1998, was also in attendance.
